Since its establishment in 1926, the brewery has been serving sake that is deeply rooted in the local community under the sake name "Kuwadu/Kuwanotsu," which is another name for Hachioji. Sake made from locally produced rice (Hachioji rice) and Kuwanotsu sake lees are also popular.
