    TOKYO HACHIOJI CRAFT SAKE

    A 5-minute walk from JR Hachioji Station. It is the first brewery in Tokyo and the 10th brewery to be established in 2021. It is a compact yet fully equipped urban brewery. We are particular about quality control, and bottled sake made from rice grown in Hachioji is sold on the spot. Products: Sake, Sake Lees, Wasabi-zuke (pickled horseradish), Gelato, etc.
